• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on delivery of AEM-based
solutions
• Deep expertise in AEM core frameworks including Sling, OSGi, JCR, dispatcher configuration, and
workflow development
• Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and modern cloud deployment models
• Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes-based deployments such as AKS
• Experience integrating AEM with enterprise marketing technology stacks
• Prior experience serving in a technical lead or solution architect capacity
• Proficiency in Java and front-end technologies including HTL (Sightly), JavaScript frameworks such as
React or Next.js, and Node.js
• Strong understanding of enterprise web architecture principles such as J2EE and scalable application
