Personal Systems Organization - Commercial Product Management - Lifecycle & Enablement

Position Summary

As part of the GBU PS Commercial Product Management - Lifecycle & Enablement organization, Data & AI Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable business insights while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve decision-making, product lifecycle management, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a strong combination of data analytics expertise, business acumen, AI proficiency, and communication skills. The individual will be responsible for developing advanced dashboards and reporting solutions, generating product lifecycle insights, identifying business opportunities, and building AI-powered agents that help drive faster and more effective decisions across the Commercial Product Management organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Visualization
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights across product portfolios and lifecycle stages.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product lifecycle management, business performance, profitability, supply, inventory, and market demand.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability across reporting environments.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation
  • Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, and other Generative AI technologies to accelerate analytics and decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents that provide product lifecycle insights, recommendations, and suggested actions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytical tasks and business processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.

Product Lifecycle Analytics & Business Partnership
  • Generate actionable insights to support product planning, lifecycle management, launch readiness, portfolio optimization, and commercial execution.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to define and track key business metrics.
  • Analyze market, inventory, profitability, forecast, and supply data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Support business reviews, planning cycles, and ad hoc analytical requests.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with SQL, Python and database concepts.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, and other Generative AI platforms.
  • Experience developing AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Education & Experience

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Fluent English for communication with team members across the globe;

Preferred
  • Experience supporting Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain organizations.
  • Experience building AI-powered agents, copilots, automation workflows, or predictive analytics solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Data Analytics, or AI technologies.
