Job Description:

The IT Technical Business Analyst will support the development and implementation of governance, issue resolution, and service delivery processes with a focus on Software Asset Management and End User Workstations.
This role bridges business and technical teams, evaluates emerging technologies, supports IT service architecture, and ensures effective change management and quality delivery of IT solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing governance and issue resolution processes for Software Asset Management for End User Workstations.
Research and evaluate emerging and evolving technology trends.
Architect new IT services, develop solution papers, and create test plans.
Evaluate existing services and recommend corrective or remedial actions.
Assist in determining hardware and software requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on proof of concept and limited production rollouts.
Provide quality control for production implementations.
Communicate operational guidelines and policies to clients.
Interpret and apply operational guidelines to enhance departmental business processes.
Review new service and technology requests from business areas and assess operational impact.
Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and operational impacts.
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, estimates, task lists, and resource assignments.
Support IT infrastructure implementations with emphasis on End User desktop technical support.
Document technical recommendations and provide guidance to management, operations, and project teams.
Ensure adherence to change management processes.
Identify and communicate issues, risks, and client satisfaction concerns to project teams.
Track and report time, progress, and status of assigned work.
Leverage AI tools and approaches to improve efficiency and project delivery outcomes.

Requirement/Must Have:

Graduation in business, management, or a related discipline with equivalent Project Coordinator experience as defined by role requirements.
Experience as a Business Analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.
Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Experience developing project deliverables including charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
Experience working in a project management role.
Experience facilitating and managing business process development and re-engineering workshops.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience implementing IT solutions across multi-team or multi-organization environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting business and technical documentation.
Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups including vendors and cross-departmental teams.

Should Have:

Experience coordinating governance and issue resolution processes for Software Asset Management or software catalogues for End User Workstations.
Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects in large enterprise environments.
Experience building and maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives.
Experience working within an enterprise architecture environment.

Qualification And Education:
