Summary

Title : Peoplesoft Admin

Role : Remote (Canada Only)

Position: Contract

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, cloning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools across environments.
  • Manage and monitor WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker components.
  • Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades, including applying PUM images and tax updates using Change Assistant.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams for migration of code, configuration, and data across environments.
  • Administer security across PeopleSoft layers including LDAP, SSL, rolespermissions, and firewalls.
  • Optimize system performance by tuning application servers, web servers, and database connections.
  • Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution for performance, integration, and system failures.
  • Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and thirdparty vendors to support PeopleSoft uptime and compliance.
  • Guide junior administrators and provide support in training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
