Senior hands on architect level candidateExperience on health cloud - MustShould understand Provider space and health careHands on Experience with Data 360 (Data Cloud) - MustExperience on AgentforceShould be hands on and very well versed with Integrations, LWC, Omni scripts, Flows, Core SF platform development Provider 360-degree view: Contact Center Interactions, Disputes, Claims, and Authorization data should be made available to the user at LIFT Business Account level, Provider Group/Facility level, and Practitioner level, in addition to existing AE’s Provider interaction and Credentialing information. Salesforce UIs will need to be built to show the 360-degree view of the data. Solution options being considered – Zero copy connection to Data Lake (Databricks) through Salesforce Data360 or API connections to data sources (most of the APIs are already available)Agentic AI Interface: An AI interface should be developed to enable Account Executives to query detailed information about the account. Sample questions include:Summarize this account from all the interactions, disputes, claims, and authorization data.Are there any red flags that I need to be aware of for this Provider account?How many times has someone from this provider group engaged with us for issues in the past two months? Can you summarize those details?What is the relationship score based on the past three months'' data?I have a meeting with this Provider Group tomorrow. Can you tell me important details that I need to be aware of?Can you tell me about the top five services paid to this group based on the last three months'' data?
