Description:' Need a very Senior, technicially independed, Tableau developer to gather business requirements, design, build and deploy BI solutions using Tableau.
Note: This is a Hybrid position - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote.
*Candidates must be willing to complete an assignment and share the Public Tableau dashboard of the assignment, if selected for an interview. We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to visualize complex data in a clear and compelling way, and deliver impactful, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tableau, Tableau Online with a solid understanding of Salesforce and cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake. This role involves gathering requirements, building reports, and delivering dashboards, along with providing training and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process.
- Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports.
- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively.
- Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
- Deep hands-on technical expertise
- Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online.
- Proven experience integrating with Salesforce and cloud data warehousing tool such as Snowflake.
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $66.00-$72.00 per hour.
