  • Partnering closely with application engineers, platform teams, IT, quality, and cybersecurity to ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant
  • Improving reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, analytics, and resilience planning
  • Mentoring and technically guiding engineers, raising the bar for DevOps practices and developer experience across teams
  • Modernizing legacy build systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the software lifecycle

What will you need to be successful?
  • 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD, platform, or software engineering roles
  • Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi component systems
  • Strong hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including CI/CD services, IAM, networking, compute, and storage
  • Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and troubleshooting in cloud environments
  • The ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across teams without direct authority
