Summary

Job Title: CRM Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong backend development expertise. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work extensively on a heavily customized CRM environment. The ideal candidate is a hardcore developer, not just a functional/configuration consultant.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead backend development and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations

  • Build and optimize APIs and backend services

  • Work within a highly customized CRM ecosystem

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions

< data-end="975" data-start="951">Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

  • Expertise in backend technologies such as C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure services

  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations

  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture and data models

  • Experience working in heavily customized CRM environments

  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development

  • Ability to use AI to generate APIs, automation scripts, and technical solutions

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and best practices
