·         Must have strong communication

·         This is a Director level role, but only difference is this an individual contributor role, no people management required.

·         Must be well-rounded with front end & backend technologies, ecommerce and mobile/app development and architecture.

·         Be able to influence stakeholders, drive change, and new technologies.

·         Job description states AEM but familiarity with any CMS would be fine.

·         Has built B2C solutions

·         The most important requirement is strong AI tooling experience; they use Claude and that is highly desired.

·         This role is one of the highest-level roles in the company and will be an AI Champion for all Tech Teams.

·         During the interview process there will be a AI take home assessment that will be eventually be presented in person to a panel, candidate will be able to complete on their own time.
