Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Digital Technology Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:
Plan and Drive Execution:
* Own the end-to-end quarterly PI, sprint, and release delivery lifecycle.
* Translate product roadmap into sprint plans with clear delivery milestones.
* Create, maintain, and track project plans, risks, and dependencies.
* Ensure alignment between stories, technical design, and delivery capacity.

Deliverables:
* JIRA board
* Risk and Dependencies chart
* Team Charter
* Sprint plans
* Quarterly Delivery plans

Lead Agile Delivery Practices:
* Perform Quarterly Planning Increments for POD
* Facilitate all agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
* Support and aid in the facilitation of TPM refinement sessions to ensure tasks meet the -definition of ready- before being given to team to prioritize
* Maintain healthy team velocity and backlog hygiene
* Define and enforce team-level Definition of Ready/Done and delivery standards

Deliverables:
* Status reporting
* Team metrics
* Team documentation

Support Engineering Execution:
* Partner with tech leads to plan and track engineering work, including spikes, technical debt, and enablers.
* Coordinate code deployments and release planning (pre-prod checklists, release notes, QA alignment).
* Ensure production readiness (monitoring, rollback plans, documentation).

Deliverables:
* Delivery documentation
* Release information
* Updated Plans

Manage Risks, Issues, and Dependencies:
* Act as the first line of escalation for blockers impacting delivery.
* Identify cross-team dependencies and coordinate resolution with other DMs or TPMs.
* Escalate and mitigate delivery risks proactively.

Deliverables:
* Risk and dependency log
* Communication plan

REQUIREMENTS:
* Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification or experience preferred
* PMI Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification will be beneficial
* 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master role with a background in facilitating project delivery
* 3+ years in an information technology capacity with understanding of various technologies including, applications, databases, networking, telecommunications and connectivity
* Experience and/or Certifications with leading Agile Tools preferred (i.e. Jira)
* Experience with financial management including both capital and operational expense forecasting
* Ability to lead a team and deliver all phases of complex assignments
* Strong analytical, problem solving and planning ability
* Experience managing matrixed resources - including influence outcomes & conflict resolution
* Experience managing project level financials, schedules, scope and risks using established methodology
* Experience managing internal and external client expectations on project requirements and deliverables
* Experience leading diverse IT project teams in a matrix environment - including internal resources, vendors, onsite and co-located teams, and ensuring successful completion of all phases of complex programs
* Experience leading small to medium scale application development or infrastructure deployment projects
* Experience with and knowledge of multiple systems development life cycles, (i.e. Iterative, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
* The ability to work on multiple competing priorities
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience communicating at a Senior Leadership level
* Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence or equivalent toolsets
* Experience with Clarity PPM or other Portfolio/Program Management Software

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
