How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

• Support the development of technical and commercial proposals by translating complex service and engineering concepts into clear, customer-facing documentation
• Perform business and financial analyses to support proposal pricing, margin targets, and competitive positioning
• Create data-driven visuals, summaries, and dashboards to communicate proposal assumptions, risks, and value propositions to stakeholders
• Assist in standardizing proposal templates, cost models, and analytical tools to improve proposal accuracy and turnaround time
• Conduct market, customer, and historical win/loss analyses to inform proposal strategy and improve bid effectiveness

Compensation & Start Date: This internship offers an hourly rate of $20.50. Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.

How will you get here?

• Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business field of study between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.
• Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
