We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Planning Systems Analyst.

Purpose: The Senior Planning Systems Analyst is part of the global Supply Chain organization and will support the team related to Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) processes. This includes reviewing underlying systems, their design, architecture, configuration, and managing changes to continuously improve processes towards higher efficiency, higher predictability and increased cost savings.

The ideal candidate has a passion for leveraging IT solutions to optimize supply chain performance and capabilities. They will work closely with functional leads and SME's to capture business objectives and translate them into user requirements. They will help create the vision for future technological solutions and build the roadmap. As the business product owner for plan, they will partner up with IT and help deliver the next advancement in system technology according to the defined roadmap.

You will be responsible for:
  • Oversee the technology roadmap for plan and ensure technology requirements are understood and well reflected
  • Develop and establish efficient, safe and compliant processes for S&OP and MRP
  • Define the objectives, measurable outcomes and key results (OKRs) for technology and process changes, that directly link to business goals
  • Monitor OKRs and lead monthly technology governance calls to quickly react to any changes or disruptions
  • Lead and coordinate workshops with internal customers, process experts and IT
  • Develop training plans and coordinate training initiatives for functional teams
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of relevant master data maintained in SAP to support accurate MRP

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Master degree of business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent
  • Strong technical aptitude, BS. Degree computer science is a plus
  • 5 years experience in S&OP and MRP as a user, e.g. buyer, planner, etc.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems using automated MRP
  • Experience in FDA regulated industry is a plus (CFR 21 Part 11, GMP, SAS, SOX)
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business
  • Excellent Presentation, Communication and Inter-Personal skills
  • Remote work possible for approx. 20% of working hours, on-site presence in Danvers (MA) preferred;

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
