Position – Mainframe Developer

Location - Coral Springs, FL (5 Days Onsite)

Summary:

Technical Lead with strong experience delivering core banking mainframe applications supporting customer accounts, balances, and transactions processing. Proven ability to lead teams in regulated financial environments.

Key Skills:

COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, Mainframe Banking Systems

Responsibilities:

· Lead development and support of core banking applications on the mainframe.

· Design and enhance online and batch programs using COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and DB2.

· Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit controls, and data integrity standards.

· Troubleshoot production issues and support high-availability systems.

· Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

· Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience Required:

· 8+ years of mainframe development in banking or financial services.

· Strong understanding of transaction processing and batch cycles.

· Experience working in regulated environments.
