Position Purpose:

Provides industrial engineering support to manufacturing operations through the application of engineering methods, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices. Identifies opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency by analyzing processes, labor utilization, material flow, and facility layouts

The role independently applies industrial engineering principles to support daily operations, manufacturing growth initiatives, and improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement practical and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Engineering methods: time studies, work design, labor analysis, and line balancing.
    Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma tools.
    Data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI).
    Facility layout, material flow optimization, and simulation tools (AutoCAD, Visio).
    Capacity planning, productivity improvement, and throughput analysis.
    Project management, problem solving, and cost-benefit evaluation.
    SOP development, standard work, and process standardization.
    Cross-functional collaboration and change management.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Advanced business and technical English language.
