Key Job Responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide L2L3 support for PeopleSoft 9.19.2 on Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing and Cost accounting.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support.
Customization & Reporting: Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools. Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams.
Onsite resource requirements:
Min 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance and Enhancement of PeopleSoft 9.19.2 system.
Strong business process knowledge in Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing and Cost accounting.
Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshooting issues.
Strong expertise in Peopletools specifically Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface and SQR
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.
