Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong expertise in microservices architecture and Spring Batch. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive design decisions, mentor developers, and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices-based systems
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain batch processing solutions using Spring Batch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
  • Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions
  • Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability initiatives
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Java development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Proven experience with Spring Batch for large-scale data processing
  • Strong experience with RESTful API design and development
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular or React
  • Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
