Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong Agentic AI experience to develop and manage highly critical, high-volume applications. This role supports a major transformation of Broker-Dealer Systems and modernization of the firm's core technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-volume enterprise applications using Java.
Design and integrate Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.
Lead AI-focused initiatives across the SDLC.
Contribute to legacy modernization and migration to modern architectures.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Apply AI to automation, decision support, and application development workflows.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

Strong Java development experience
Agentic AI / Generative AI experience
Experience with critical, high-volume applications
Enterprise architecture and SDLC knowledge
Application modernization experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience
