Position:

Title: Software Engineer/ Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 3-6 Months Right to hire

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain endtoend software solutions using modern Java and JavaScript frameworks.
Build and enhance scalable, highperformance microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop responsive and userfriendly frontend interfaces using React.
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on public cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on AWS.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated delivery.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive rootcause analysis.
Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills (Must Have)

5 7 years of handson experience in fullcycle software development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Solid experience with React for frontend development.
Experience working with any public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
Practical experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
