Summary
Role: Senior Data Engineer Databricks & Snowflake
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data pipelines using Databricks and Snowflake.
- Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows for insurance data such as claims, policy, and customer data.
- Develop SQL-based data models and transformations in Snowflake.
- Work with business and analytics teams to deliver data solutions for reporting and insights.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and security.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Big Data.
- Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, and Python/PySpark.
- Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience handling insurance domain data (policy, claims, underwriting, etc.).
Certifications (Mandatory):
- Databricks Certification OR
- Snowflake SnowPro Certification
