Position: Security Officer

Location: Lansing, MI

(Grand Tower Office Building, 235 South Grand Ave) — Hybrid (2 days/week onsite required,)

Duration: 5 Base Years [Part time 20 HoWeek]

Qualifications:

●        5+ years managing software security with evidence of integrating security throughout the SDLC (Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment)

●        Deep understanding of threat modeling, secure design review, security testing, and risk/control frameworks (NIST, CoBIT)

●        5+ years of excellent verbal/written communication skills explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

●        5+ years motivating/guiding teams through complex security problem analysis and threat mitigation

●        Bachelor''s degree required

●        Active security certification required: CSSLP, CISSP, CDP, or OSCP
