Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition (TA) modules. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and optimize Workday functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and TA stakeholders.
  • Provide functional support for Workday Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules.
  • Configure and support business processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Support UAT, system testing, and Workday releases.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth Workday operations.
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills

  • 8 10 years of Business Analyst experience, with 4+ years in Workday.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and UAT support.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and onsite client interaction experience.
  • Preferred
  • Workday certification in Core HCM or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in enterprise Workday environments.
