SAP QM Consultant

Location: Raritan, NJ
Duration: 6 months


· Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP QM modules (Inspection Plans, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates).
· Set up Master Data (MICs, Inspection Methods, Sampling Procedures).
· Integrate QM with MM (Procurement), PP (Production), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
· Process Optimization:Design and implement quality control processes (Incoming, In-Process, Final Inspections).
· Automate quality workflows using SAP QM-PP/DS or S/4HANA Quality Management.
· Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
· Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
· Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives develops necessary product modifications to
satisfy clients needs.
· Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.
· Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
· Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
· Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
· Document functional designs, test cases and results.
· Proactively identify and propose business process andor system enhancements
· Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects · Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. · Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required · Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Desired Skills Experience -Less Parameter Role Name for Publishing SAP S4 PPQM Expectations from Role Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support UAT, training, and production deployment.

· Requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (unit and SIT), and managing pre and
· post go-live activities, ensuring smooth system transitions and optimized business operations
· Provide ad-hoc training and user support, ensuring end-users were equipped to operate the SAP EWM
system effectively
· Meticulously plan cutover and data migration
