Job Summary:
Integrative Staffing Group is seeking an expert ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a global leader in AI-driven digital transformation. In this high-impact role, you will provide technical leadership, collaborating closely with Enterprise Architecture teams to design and deploy cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. You will be at the forefront of scaling advanced technology for global enterprises, specifically within the Financial Services and Risk Management domains..
Job Responsibilities:
· Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow solution implementation, including configuration, customization, and architecting complex enterprise solutions.
· FSO Specialization: Lead the design and implementation of Financial Service Operations (FSO) solutions, utilizing the Financial Service Data Model for Banking and Insurance (Dispute Management, Treasury, Payment/Card Operations, and Loan Processing).
· Development: Utilize ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) and integrations via REST/SOAP Web Services. Manage Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
· Architecture: Drive the strategy for CSDM, CMDB, and Data Models to ensure a robust enterprise architecture.
· Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Sprint framework to gather requirements, lead technical demos, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Required Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Expertise: Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, specifically with FSO and CSM.
· IRM Domain Mastery: Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) design and implementation.
· Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs.
· Required Certifications:
· Certified Implementation Specialist – FSO
· Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
· Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
· Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management
· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL, Service Management frameworks, and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
· Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions with Enterprise Architects.
· Experience with ServiceNow "Agentic AI" or large-scale AI model integrations is a significant plus.
