Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience administering IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) system including applications, application groups, folders, and users.
Understanding of CMOD metadata and indexing structures.
Knowledge of ODWEK / Content Navigator integration.
Excellent understanding of System z architecture.
Excellent experience with IBM z/OS operating system.
Experience in building Mainframe LPAR and OS upgrades.
Knowledge of managing JES3 subsystem.

Responsibilities:

Administer IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) system including applications, application groups, folders, and users.
Configure indexing, report definitions, and document ingestion workflows.
Manage report loading, ingestion, and indexing (AFP, PDF, line data).
Ensure efficient archival, retrieval, retention, and lifecycle management of reports.
Work with application teams to define indexing, search, and retrieval requirements.
Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Installation of patches and fixes.
System parameters/parmlib maintenance.
Managing incidents on z/OS related issues.
z/OS performance monitoring and reporting.
