- Bachelor\'s degree with significant coursework in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience/training

? Hands?on data experience working with large, complex datasets; strong SQL plus proficiency in Python or R for analysis, automation, and reproducibility.

? Ability to break down big, ambiguous problems into smaller, testable components; plan and execute analyses that ladder up to strategic recommendations.

? Experience building automated workflows/pipelines (e.g., scheduling/orchestration, data quality checks) and decision?support dashboards (Power BI/Tableau or similar).

? Strong data storytelling: concise writing, compelling visuals, and the ability to tailor messages to executive, business, and technical audiences.
