Workday T&L / Absence Lead Consultant(Only Independent candidate)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time & Labor (T&L) and Absence Management modules.
• Good understanding of Core HCM and Workday reporting.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with offshore teams while managing ongoing operational support activities.
• Experience managing client-facing communications, including leading daily/weekly status calls for T&L and Absence workstreams.
• Ability to act as an SME, proactively providing Workday recommendations, best practices, and solutions to business stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and support experience within Workday environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Workday Time & Labor and Absence.
• Lead client discussions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Manage operational support, issue resolution, and enhancement activities.
• Drive status meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
