Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in MS System Center development and support.
  • Proficiency in MS Azure administration.
  • Experience with MS Servers administration (Windows Servers, Active Directory).
  • Experience with System Center Orchestrator and Cireson web portal.
  • Experience with JavaScript for service request updates.
  • Experience with IT methodology frameworks (ITIL or MITA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the Service Manager request intake process.
  • Maintain, update, and patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson environments.
  • Create and maintain new workflows using System Center Orchestrator.
  • Act as the lead for migrating the existing Service Manager environment.
  • Collect and develop requirements for new Service Manager requests.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Manager processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and executive management.
