Project Manager to work on Integration projects for an Information Security Team for a long-term
CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier
Healthcare Services clients for a
Remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex projects in an enterprise space centered around merger, acquisition, and/or integration related initiatives. A background in Information Security/CyberSecurity is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Integration Coordinator to join our team. This role is a blend of project management and information security expertise, responsible for coordinating across multiple domains to ensure seamless execution of integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects is a significant plus.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage integration projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and other PM tools.
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across various teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project updates, status meetings, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with information security teams to ensure integration projects align with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and address potential security risks during integration initiatives.
- Support the implementation of security measures and processes as part of integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, project progress, milestones, and overall performance, ensuring visibility and accountability across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of integration strategies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment across systems, processes, and teams.
- Maintain documentation of integration processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve future projects.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience (at least 2 years of experience in Information Security or IT) with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with information security concepts, policies, and best practices.
- Preferred Experience:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects is highly desirable.
