Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst (Supporting MacOS Environments)
Location: Philadelphia, PA- Onsite job Duration: 12+ Months
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
Enterprise experience managing and supporting macOS environments.
Expertise with JAMF Pro for enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, patching, and software deployment.
Experience with zero?touch macOS deployments and device inventory management.
Hands-on experience with JAMF Protect and macOS endpoint security monitoring.
Strong knowledge of macOS security controls and compliance enforcement.
Experience integrating macOS identity using JAMF Connect and Azure AD.
Proficient in macOS automation and scripting.
Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and JAMF platforms.
Familiar with ITIL, ServiceNow, project delivery, and vendor coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
