Role:Network administration - WAN
Must Have Skills:
1. Gather and analyze client network requirements and design scalable solutions (HLD & LLD documentation).
2. Manage data centers to branch connectivity using MPLS and SD-WAN technologies.
3. Good to have experience in the migration projects.
4. Ensure network reliability through proactive monitoring, incident handling, and crisis management.
5. Implementation, Configuration & troubleshooting in Prisma SDWAN, Cisco router, Juniper routers network for Service delivery and Service Assurance.
6. Manage data center to branch connectivity using MPLS and SD-WAN technologies.
7. Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of SDWAN technology must have (preferably Prisma SD-WAN) 8. TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, ACL, etc 9. Switching basics.
10. Experience in Monitoring tools
11. ServiceNow ticketing
Good-to-Have
1. Competency of communication both on oral & written in English.
2. Hands on experience in Prisma SDWAN.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1 Configure new and existing Prisma SDWAN devices.
2 Configure and manage/Troubleshoot ION3200, ION5200and ION1200-s as needed
3 Support and perform the branch site migrations as per the planned cutover schedule.
4 Setup device and upgrade to recommended s/w versions
5 Service management requests (Incident/Change/Problem and service requests)
