Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning Project Manager with strong expertise in Retail and Supply Chain Planning to lead cross-functional planning and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Merchandise Planning, Allocation Planning, or other retail planning systems and a proven track record of delivering complex projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and supply chain projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
Manage project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, issues, and changes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and third-party vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, action items, RACIs, and risk registers.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on project requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and scope.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably within Retail, Supply Chain, or Enterprise IT.
Strong domain knowledge of Retail and Supply Chain Planning.
Experience with Merchandise Planning, Merchandise Allocation, Allocation Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or related planning systems.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technology or supply chain projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as:

Jira
Confluence
Microsoft Project
Smartsheet

Strong skills in project planning, risk management, budgeting, coordination, communication, and leadership.
