Digital Workplace Architect
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Workplace Architect to own and resolve critical-priority incidents and service requests related to Windows endpoint environments. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across OS engineering, application packaging, and modern device management platforms, and thrives in fast-paced, SLA-driven managed services or enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the L3 escalation point for critical and major incidents related to Windows OS (10/11), endpoint stability, and user-impacting outages
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Package, test, and deploy applications using tools such as MSIX, MSI, App-V, and PowerShell scripting; manage the full application lifecycle from intake to retirement
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 / Office Suite issues including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint client, OneDrive sync, and licensing
Develop and maintain OSD (OS Deployment) task sequences, baseline images, and driver management in SCCM
Configure and manage Autopilot enrollment, Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Conditional Access in Intune
Collaborate with the security team on endpoint hardening, patch compliance, and vulnerability remediation
Participate in Problem Management conduct RCA for recurring critical tickets and implement permanent fixes
Document solutions, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the EUC knowledge base
Support Windows patch cycle management (monthly Patch Tuesday) including testing, staging, and production rollout
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Engineering roles
Deep expertise in Windows 10/11 OS registry, Group Policy, event log analysis, performance troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with SCCM / MECM collections, deployments, OSD, software updates, reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM policies, Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, co-management scenarios
Strong application packaging skills MSI, MSIX, App-V, Wise or AdminStudio a plus
Scripting proficiency in PowerShell (mandatory); batch scripting a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps administration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITSM platforms ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent for ticket handling and SLA adherence
Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and hybrid join scenarios
