Position: Salesforce Technical Architect (Life Sciences + Agentforce)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6–9 Months
Life Sciences Context:
Life sciences experience refers to organizations that specialize in delivering healthcare technology, data management, clinical research, consulting, and analytics for pharmaceutical and biotech firms.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentforce (Core + AI prompting)
- Proven experience in prompt design and Agentforce implementation
- Experience in Apex development and solution architecture review
- Experience in Data Cloud ingestion, including email attachments
- Ability to provide developer guidance for custom setup and prompt-building architecture
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance review processes, especially in regulated environments (e.g., Roche or similar pharma organizations)
- Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Innovator) are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design and review Salesforce architecture involving Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Define and guide AI agent prompting strategy and implementation
- Review and optimize custom Apex and integration solutions
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met in a life sciences environment
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams
