Job Summary

We are hiring a Principal / Lead .NET Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep expertise in .NET, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Candidates must be able to work directly on W2 with our organization

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications
Define and implement microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD)
Drive Azure cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
Design and develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce best practices
Mentor senior developers and guide technical teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in .NET development and architecture
Strong expertise in:
- C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Microservices & Distributed Systems
- Enterprise Architecture & Design Patterns
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure:
- App Services, Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes), API Management, Service Bus
Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
Strong database experience: SQL Server, Cosmos DB / MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred / Strongly Desired)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
TOGAF Certification – Nice to Have
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – Plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React / Angular (Full-stack exposure)
Knowledge of API Gateway, GraphQL
Experience in multi-cloud (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) environments
Experience working in large enterprise environments (Banking/Healthcare/Insurance preferred)
