Responsibilities

• Drive critical process improvement projects to successful completion with impact over $1M per project
• Act in Project Management role for post-merger integrations and strategic initiatives
• Gather voice of the customer, conduct process discovery sessions, and situational assessments
• Engage Executive Stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver process consulting engagements
• Coordinate across disparate organizations with multiple owners, tasks, and deliverables
• Provide regular executive updates and interact with C-level leadership
• Adapt process improvement approaches based on project needs
• Maintain detailed project plans while delivering executive-level summaries
• Support LSS training, coaching, mentoring, and certification programs
• Drive adoption of industry-standard process improvement methodologies

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience leading process improvement at large companies with international operations
• 12+ years in operations/projects at enterprise organizations
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health, or Medical discipline
• Required: Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma with proven project portfolio
• PMP Certification and business consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience coordinating directly with C-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent verbal/written communication with executive presence
• Strategic Systems Thinking and Advanced Analytical Reasoning
• Ability to travel occasionally (5-10%)

Core Skills Required

• Primary: Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Core: DMAIC/DMADV methodology, Strategic Systems Thinking, Advanced Analytical Reasoning
• Secondary: PMP Certification, Business consulting
