Salesforce Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and data management, along with proven ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Create reports, dashboards, and automation to support business operations.
Work closely with developers and architects to design scalable solutions.
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity.
Provide user support, training, and system documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficient with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification preferred.
