The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who is ready to join one of the area\'s most respected independent repair shops. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations.
- Document diagnostic findings and repair procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay current on evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across multiple vehicle systems.
- Ability to perform advanced repairs independently.
- Missouri State Inspection License preferred.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Independent repair shop experience preferred.
