Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Santa Monica, CA. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity. This role will support global quality teams by compiling data for executive management reviews and developing presentations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically Veeva QMS, and will assist with processes such as Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control.
Responsibilities: - Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
- Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
- Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
- Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
- Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)
Requirements: - 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
- Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
Desired skills: - Document Control experience a plus
Pay range: upto $67.48 per hour
