Job Title: DevOps Developer Retail Domain

Job Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Developer with strong experience in the Retail domain to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to enable CI/CD automation, cloud-native deployments, and operational excellence across retail platforms including e-commerce, POS, supply chain, and customer analytics systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for retail applications and microservices.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
Support high-availability retail systems handling peak loads (sales events, promotions, seasonal traffic).
Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost.
Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps best practices (shift-left, automation, GitOps).
Support release management and zero-downtime deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Enable observability using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in on-call rotations.
