" Design, develop, and configure SmartCOMM templates, layouts, and style sets using Advanced Template Designer (ATD) and Data Modeler.
Build multi-channel communication outputs including Print, Web/HTML, Email, SMS, and PDF assets.
Create and maintain XML schemas, data models, and mapping to business data objects.
Integrate SmartCOMM with upstream systems such as Guidewire, CRM applications, and other enterprise platforms.
Develop static and responsive layouts for print and web output.
Configure batch processes, template selectors, and output configurations to support automated communications.
Use XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for data processing and transformation.
Participate in all phases of SDLC design, coding, testing, deployment and ensure
technical documentation is maintained.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality SmartCOMM solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize templates and data models for performance and scalability."
