Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce and a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce applications and play a crucial role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years in an Architect role.
- Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading solution design discussions.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., CI/CD, Copado, Gearset).
- Proficiency in integration patterns and tools (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platforms.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and data management.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
- Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Administrator
Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
