The Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and sales-focused Enablement Specialist with strong technical skills and a passion for world-class education. At Addepar, you ensure all systems associated with a GTM role are running smoothly. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our newly hired team members while developing and implementing ongoing sales education and go-to-market strategies. Ideal candidates will have a background in Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, or Instructional Design, with experience in crafting learning content and guided programs for onboarding, training, and sales acceleration. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can deliver a comprehensive education experience, driving satisfaction for learners and contributing to the overall vision of our GTM Enablement team.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and collaborate on training content to equip Addepar GTM employees for success
  • Deliver exceptional instructor-led courses and webinars, both virtually and in-person
  • Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage across the Addepar community
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive course attendance and content engagement
  • Quickly integrate feedback to improve course content and experience
  • Manage logistics to ensure an outstanding training experience
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management, coordinating with Marketing, Services, and Support to build impactful onboarding and continuing education programs
  • Design and implement high-value training content for Sales
  • Review recorded calls from closed opportunities to ensure effective material is used and implement training to increase win rates
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish a central content center for managing sales lifecycle content
  • Ensure GTM content is accurate and relevant from a Sales perspective
Who You Are
  • 3+ years in a software education services role, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SAAS Technology Company
  • Gong, Workramp, or equivalent tech stack experience
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
  • Ability to tailor messaging about a product's value proposition to varied audiences
  • Capable of working across multiple organizations
  • Outstanding logistical planning and organizational skills
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Excitement to continually learn and grow your knowledge
  • Recent experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, Lessonly, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience in learning analytics and the ability to glean insights from enablement tools and create actionable, outcome-based learning solutions
  • Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms such as Gong or Chorus is a plus
