Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in eSPP (Enterprise Supply Planning) implementation and migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing eSPP solutions, participating in the implementation lifecycle, and supporting SPP-to-eSPP migrations. Candidates should have worked across multiple eSPP workstreams and be able to clearly explain their architecture, implementation, and migration responsibilities on previous projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide solution architecture expertise for eSPP implementation projects.

• Participate in the solution design and architecture phase of eSPP implementations.

• Support and drive SPP-to-eSPP migration initiatives.

• Work collaboratively across multiple eSPP planning workstreams.

• Define scalable and effective solutions aligned with business and supply-chain planning requirements.

• Analyze existing SPP solutions and develop migration strategies toward eSPP.

• Provide technical and functional guidance throughout implementation and migration activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.

• Troubleshoot complex planning and architecture issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Clearly document solution architecture, implementation approach, migration strategy, and key design decisions.

• Provide detailed information regarding previous eSPP engagements, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as an eSPP Solution Architect.

• Proven experience with eSPP implementation projects.

• Strong experience in the design and architecture phase of eSPP implementations.

• Hands-on experience with SPP-to-eSPP migration.

• Experience working with both SPP and eSPP environments.

• Experience across multiple eSPP workstreams.

• Strong understanding of supply planning and enterprise planning processes.

• Ability to clearly articulate previous implementation and migration projects.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred eSPP Workstream Experience

Experience with multiple areas such as:

• Core Planning

• Forecasting

• PAL

• Demand Capture

• DRP

• Deployment

• MEIO

• SCAL

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Multiple successful eSPP implementation engagements

• Hands-on SPP-to-eSPP migration experience

• Solution architecture and design ownership

• Experience across multiple eSPP workstreams

• Strong ability to explain their specific contributions, responsibilities, and technical decisions

Candidates with only general supply-chain planning experience and no hands-on eSPP implementation/migration experience will not be a strong fit.
