Oracle Developer with ARCS and Oracle EPM Cloud

Role: Oracle ARCS Developer

Location: Remote

Must Have Skills:

• Ability to assess metadata changes and evaluate downstream impacts.
• Performance tuning and optimization experience in ARCS.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills for validating financial data.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather reconciliation requirements and document process flows.
• Design ARCS solutions, including structure, metadata, data flows, reconciliation templates, and workflows.
• Configure ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and account profiles.
• Create reconciliation formats, matching rules, and mapping logic tailored to business needs.
• Build integrations using EPM Data Integration/Data Management and maintain end-to-end data pipelines.
• Automate recurring tasks (data loads, backups, extractions, validations) using REST APIs and EPM Automate.
• Analyze data coming from ERP/data warehouse systems and ensure accurate transformation into ARCS.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide deployment support, post-go-live hypercare, and user guidance.
• Participate in internal initiatives including pre-sales support, solution demos, and best practice development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 6 7 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience delivering minimum 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ARCS configuration: attributes, risk ratings, frequencies, account types, segments, aging profiles.
• Expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
• Proficiency in EPM Data Integration/Data Management (integrations, mappings, locations).
• Experience automating processes using REST APIs, EPM Automate, and Windows batch scripts.
• Ability to understand data models and integrate data from ERP/data warehouse systems.
