We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team to support and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications. In this position, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex software issues within modern Java microservices architectures. You will collaborate across teams to ensure platform stability, improve system performance, and uphold service quality.

responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Core Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Perform system remediation and implement proactive measures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional development and operations groups to streamline integration.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting solutions and refining operational processes.
qualifications:
5-7 years of professional experience in application support or software engineering.
Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Strong background in IT troubleshooting, system analysis, and application remediation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms.
Industry experience within the Retail sector.
