Summary

Job Description

Looking for PLM Teamcenter support resource with minimum of 5+ years’ experience. Your role is to provide application support, system maintenance and monitoring of PLM Teamcenter, troubleshoot the issues and contribute to their resolutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Teamcenter
Working experience on administering Teamcenter modules like Workflows, Organization, Structure Manager, My Teamcenter, AWC
Good understanding of Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)
Provide technical support to the customer.
Troubleshooting and administration of Teamcenter PLM
Knowledge in 2T/4T architecture.
Manage Teamcenter code deployments and builds.
Troubleshooting on TC Integrations like NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC would be an added advantage
Minimum troubleshooting on Dispatcher would be good
Maintenance of Server monitoring applications

General Experience

At least min 5+ years of experience in PLM Teamcenter
Experience in providing L1/L2 Teamcenter support and troubleshooting problems.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Project and Team management
Good to have experience with ITIL framework.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.
Good communication skills.
