Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, stakeholder management, risk management, and technical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects from planning and requirements through implementation and production release.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and application dependencies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Manage project budgets, resources, vendors, and delivery commitments where applicable.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality, security, compliance, and technical standards.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, release management, and production implementation activities.
• Resolve cross-functional blockers and drive timely decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and project governance artifacts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
• Strong experience managing technical/software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, scope, and change management.
• Experience coordinating distributed and cross-functional technical teams.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing project plans, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform projects.
• Experience managing cloud migration, application modernization, data, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore development teams.
• Previous experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
