Job Title: Epic Applications Analyst III

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Applications Analyst III to support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic configuration experience, multiple Epic certifications, and a proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic EHR implementation and optimization projects.
Configure, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications.
Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
Coordinate Epic upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TJC, and organizational policies.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''''s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of Epic/EHR configuration and application support experience.
Multiple Epic certifications (required before start date).
Strong knowledge of Epic modules and healthcare workflows.
Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Knowledge of healthcare IT regulations, including HIPAA.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of Epic EHR experience.
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Health Technology Specialist (CHTS) certification.
Experience leading Epic implementation and optimization initiatives.
