Developer Platform/Product

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong foundation in Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a proven track record of managing projects effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to drive product development initiatives and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of platform/product solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical and project management issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in software development, particularly in platform/product environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of data management and database technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
