Title : Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 5 +
· Provide end-user support for Desktops, laptops, Mobile devices, Printers and scanners, Gate workstations and related airport devices
· Manage and support Gate readers and Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) implementations and Airport operational IT devices and systems
· Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT infrastructure across airport terminals.
· Conduct routine inspections of devices across the airport terminal and proactively report issues.
· Provide on-site field support during visits or dispatches.
· Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and implement effective solutions.
· Create workaround procedures when standard solutions fail and ensure timely resolution.
· Handle incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform.
· Assist in setting up new airport gates and configuring required IT equipment.
· Create and maintain technical documentation and operational manuals.
Must Skills:
· End-User Device Support
· Good knowledge of Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls
· ITSM tools
· Understanding of IT infrastructure in operational environments.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
